Juaniqua Tippens is the Founder and Board President of Her Purpose Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting young girls in the foster care system and young women aging out of foster care through transitional housing, life-skills development, and community support. Having personally experienced the foster care system, Juaniqua brings lived experience, deep compassion, and a firsthand understanding of the challenges these young women face. In addition to her leadership role, Juaniqua is a faith based serial entrepreneur with a strong background in operations, business development, and community impact. Driven by purpose and faith, she is committed to creating opportunities, resources, and safe spaces that empower the next generation to break cycles and build legacy.
Destany LaShae serves as Dircetor of Partnerships of Her Purpose Foundation, she is a speaker, writer, and social media strategist known for her ability to build meaningful relationships that drive impact. She leads efforts to expand community reach, cultivate strategic partnerships, and amplify the organization's mission through authentic communication. With a background in corporate leadership and a strong digital presence, she brings professionalism, influence, and relatability while fostering partnerships that create lasting community impact.
Tiffany Frazier serves as Vice President of Her Purpose Foundation, bringing strong leadership, and a passion for personal development to the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology, giving her a well-rounded understanding of mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Tiffany is passionate about empowering youth through mentorship, discipline, wellness education, and life development while helping guide the vision and growth of Her Purpose Foundation.
Abbie Marie serves as Treasurer of Her Purpose Foundation, bringing years of nonprofit experience along with a strong background in financial administration and education. Prior to joining the board, she worked within a nonprofit organization handling financial and administrative responsibilities, giving her valuable experience in organization, accountability, and operational support. She currently works as a teacher at a Christian school in Westerville, Ohio, and also serves as a tutor, helping students grow academically and personally. Abbie is passionate about community impact, youth development, and supporting the organization’s mission with integrity, compassion, and care. Outside of her professional work, she is also a proud dog lover who enjoys serving her community and building meaningful relationships.
Jenn is a Wright State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a former Division track athlete. After college, she built businesses in personal training, athletic apparel, and the beauty industry before discovering her passion for real estate. She purchased her first home at 23, completed her first house flip at 25, and now flips homes while investing in rental properties. Jenn’s greatest joy is her daughter, her “sunshine baby.” As a board member of Her Purpose Foundation, she brings an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and a heart for helping women and families build stable, independent futures. She believes God has given everyone unique gifts and is committed to using hers to make a lasting impact.
Essence Gleaton leads Social Media and Marketing while also serving as Assistant Secretary. As a real estate investor and hair company owner, she brings business insight, creativity, and strategy to increase visibility and engagement while supporting organizational structure.
Laylah Jones serves as an Outreach Ambassador, helping connect with the community and support outreach initiatives. She is honor roll athlete playing travel softball and is passionate about being a positive influence and representing youth leadership within the organization.
Token Carter, MS. LPC board member committed to advancing opportunities for youth through mentorship and advocacy. With a background in counseling, community engagement, and program development, bringing a strong passion for empowering children to reach their full potential.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and actively volunteers through her church and local community. She is committed to living out her values of faith, family, and service.
